The Crystal Bowersox and Tony Kusian Split

It was just a few hours before Crystal Bowersox hit the American Idol finale stage that she split up with her boyfriend Tony Kusian, 26. According to the first runner up of the Idol Season 9, her boyfriend was not cool with the lifestyle she is heading for. She revealed she was having a difficult morning during her interviews on the Ryan Seacrest radio show.

Along with admitting that the separation was mutual, she added, "He's a small town guy and it's fine. But I'm a small town girl, but I want this. I want this more than anything -- this career, this lifestyle. I didn't think he was up for it. He didn't think he was up for it."

Tony told PEOPLE magazine too that everything that is happening in Crystal’s life is becoming way too fast for him. According to Tony, it is hard to find true friend out in the industry and that he only wants to keep everything in low-key.

Now, everyone over Twitter and other social networking sites is quite excited with the possibility of Crystal and Lee Dewyze becoming a potential couple. What do you think?

Sandra's Oscar Curse, Files Divorce

It's only been like a few weeks' back after the Academy Awards that the shocking news of Sandra Bullock's motorcycle mogul husband Jesse James' illicit affairs broke out. Whether the Oscar Award curse is true or not, Sandra has already filed for divorce and revealed the adoption of a new baby boy, Louis Bardo Bullock, whom she is taking on as a single parent according to a post on People's magazine website.

The adoption allegedly has been four years in the process. Both Sandra and Jesse brought home last January then 3-1/2-month-old Louis, whose name by the way was inspired by Sandra's favorite Jazz artist Louis Armstrong, but kept it in privacy up until the Academy Awards was over.

One can't help but admire Sandra's resiliency amidst the controversies and downfall of her marriage. In these trying times, she has started the so-called moving-on process with a vengeance, focusing instead on the joy of motherhood and taking life one day at a time. As they say, life goes on whether you move with it or not.

The Drifting Apart of Tammy and Melissa Etheridge

After nine solid years, rock star Melissa Etheridge and her wife Tammy Lyn Michaels announced their separation last April 15, 2010. The two exchanged vows in Malibu and had twins in October of 2006. Their daughter, Johnnie Rose and son, Miller, were conceived with the help of an anonymous sperm donor.

Adam Lambert Returns on American Idol

It has not been that long yet but it seems that the rumor is true that Adam Lambert will soon be back in American Idol to mentor the remaining top 8 contestants. This information got out when a Sony Music representative emailed about Lambert’s upcoming guesting gig in Idol.

And now 19 Entertainment just confirmed the news. After mentoring the top 8, he will perform on the results show his current single entitled Whattaya Want From Me. This is to give way for the upcoming release as well of his new Remixes songs.

This was what Adam tweeted as a message to the American audience:

“Don’t worry America: I will be beyond family friendly. Relax and enjoy. For Your Entertainment.”

Despite the constant denials of their being together officially, Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez have been a couple then. But yes, they aren’t now!

It was the Jonas brother who made the confirmation himself that he has just split from his cute on and off teeny bopper girlfriend Selena Gomez, around three weeks ago. In fact, they were rumored to even have gotten back together a few weeks before those three weeks.. talk about being indecisive.

With the rest of his brother Joe and Kevin having loving girls by their side, when will Nick ever have his own?

American Idol Season 9 Says Goodbye To Paige Miles

Paige Miles has always been noted as one of the best singers during this season of American Idol. But with the onset of her laryngitis condition, I guess her total performance was greatly affected. During the first elimination the previous week, Paige was already part of the bottom three along with Tim and Lacey.

But this Wednesday results’ show, she was not anymore spared. Tim Urban and Katie Stevens were the ones who joined her in the bottom three hot seats for the night.

Paige is an African American singer from Naples, Florida raised by a single mother. Lacey Brown and Lee DeWyze were two of her closest friends in this season’s Idol group.

Next week, it will be Usher who would handle the mentoring for the R&B/Soul theme. Let’s see who will make the next cut!

Another Relationship That Has Ran Its Course – Charlize and Stewart Split

The nine-year relationship of Charlize Theron and Irish actor Stewart Townsend was considered to be one of the toughest in Hollywood. They met during the making of the movie Trapped. The separation became official when Stuart was spotted moving out of their home in Hollywood Hills and it was just recent that Charlize was eyed not wearing anymore the antique ring that has long time became a sign of her commitment to Stuart.

It was reported too that the celebrity breakup happened when Charlize got back from a vacation in Mexico and told Stuart that it’s just not going to work and that the relationship has ran its course. Stuart was reportedly heartbroken but Charlize was final with her decision that it was really over.

Stuart said in one interview that they were never married but they treated each other as husbands and wives do. Julia Roberts is set to make everyone fall her again as she plays the lead character in the upcoming film, Eat Pray Love. The movie is based on the bestselling memoir written by Elizabeth Gilbert. It tells the story of the author as she travels abroad and discovers a whole new side of herself.

The love interests of her character would be played by three special actors in the names of Javier Bardem, Billy Crudup and James Franco. I have read the book and learned a lot from it as well. I just hope the film would do justice to it too.

American Idol Bids Goodbye To Lacey Brown

It was not a big surprise for everyone to see Lacey Brown be the first to be out of the Top 12. She landed in the bottom three of the Wednesday show results along with Paige Miles and Tim Urban. Lacey had the chance to still sing for one last time to still, maybe, just hold for the save option of the judges, but like everyone of the judges always say to most, “It just did not work.”

Lacey would remain to be one of the best voices for me this American Idol Season 9. She would always be remembered for her very exquisite voice and at least, having reached the top 12 spot gave her redemption on her first failed attempt during the previous seasons of the said reality show search.

Lacey is a daughter of a pastor from Texas with an exuding and unique personality with the bright red short hair.

The Scary Oscar Curse

Everyone fears now that the Oscar curse for the best actress award might hit its recent awardee, Sandra Bullock. There have ongoing rumors that the reason why Sandra did not attend her UK premiere for the film The Blind Side was because of her rocky marriage with Jesse James. Rumors have been spreading that her husband Jesse James may have had a sexual affair with a popular tattooed model, Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee.

If one would notice, for the past twelve consecutive years, eight of the Oscar Best Actresses winners have broken up with their partners after bringing home the bacon. They were namely Kate Winslet, Helen Hunt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Halle Berry, Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon, Hilary Swank and Charlize Theron.

A Divorce Between Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes

After seven years of marriage, it is now over between Sam Mendes and Kate Winslet. Both their lawyers were the ones who announced that the couple separated earlier this 2010. They said that the separation was agreed by both parties and was very amicable.

This couple tied the knot last 2003. They had a son, named Joe who is now 6 years old. Sam Mendes was the known award winning director of the film American Beauty while Kate had her popularity as its peak when she played the role of Rose in Titanic.

Kate has a 9 year old daughter from her first marriage with Jim Threapleton. This may have really been bad news for a couple who have always been considered as a strongly bonded one but still the good news is that both are responsbile enough to help each other in parenting their children still in the future ahead.
