Known to be the one of the strongest couples in Hollywood, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins split after a relationship that ran for almost twenty years when 2009 ended. Despite the huge age gap, Susan, 63 and Tim, 51, the two met during the shooting of the 1998 comedy film Bull Durham.
They had two sons while Susan has a 24 year old daughter from her previous relationship with director Franco Amurri. Susan and Tim was said to share the same passion for social activism and a variety of liberal views on politics. However, they never married. It was Susan who justified this saying that she won’t marry him or let her marry her so that they won’t take each other for granted like other couples who finally get married.
They were last spotted as a couple during a Paul McCartney concert at the Citi Field. After that, it was Susan already who was spotted enjoying the company of another man in a particular event. She was enjoying beer with an unfamiliar man. After that, Susan was rumored to be dating a 31 year old ping pong fanatic by the name of Jonathan Bricklin. However, people from the side of Susan Sarandon attest that he was only a business partner for the pingpong club that Sarandon invested on.
